📋 Description

• Serve as a freelance Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant and AI Trainer to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI models focused on digital identity and access control.
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, authentication frameworks, and privilege management.
• Assess the practicality, security, and compliance of AI-driven recommendations on role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and just-in-time access.
• Develop real-world IAM case studies and scenario variations based on professional experience, covering identity lifecycle management, entitlement reviews, and access certification processes.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or risks in AI responses regarding regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and NIST SP 800-53, and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve model outputs.
• Articulate complex IAM concepts—including federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM)—in clear, teachable formats for AI training purposes.
• Contribute to the creation of training datasets that reflect authentic enterprise IAM challenges, including user onboarding/offboarding, segregation of duties, and least privilege enforcement.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI labs and 10x Team coordinators to align training inputs with evolving AI model requirements and security standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols when handling sensitive IAM scenarios and organizational examples.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through the 10x Team AI Academy to stay current with emerging IAM trends and AI training methodologies.
• Deliver high-quality feedback within agreed timeframes across flexible weekly hours (8–20 hours), with assignments matched based on expertise and AI lab demand.
• Work remotely with no fixed start date; project assignments are dynamic and contingent on real-time AI training needs and consultant availability.
• Engage with a global community of independent IAM experts, receiving clear assignment briefs and streamlined onboarding for each project.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced IAM consultant with a proven track record in identity and access management
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to deliver actionable, structured feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
