📋 Description

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks to ensure technical accuracy and practical applicability.
• Assess the accuracy and real-world viability of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance with security standards.
• Develop detailed real-world case studies and scenario variations based on professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or security risks in AI-generated responses and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve model performance.
• Contribute to shaping how AI systems interpret and apply IAM best practices, including authentication protocols, authorization models, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI labs and 10x Team coordinators to deliver high-quality training data that enhances AI understanding of enterprise IAM environments.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive IAM scenarios and compliance-related content.
• Participate in onboarding processes and follow assignment briefs precisely to ensure alignment with AI training objectives and project scope.
• Work independently within a flexible 8–20 hours per week schedule, managing time effectively across remote, project-based assignments without fixed start dates.
• Engage with a community of independent IAM experts through 10x Team to share insights, receive feedback, and contribute to evolving AI training methodologies.
• Complete all required application steps, including a short written assessment and an AI-powered interview, to be considered for project matching.
• Respond to dynamic project demand by remaining available and responsive to new assignment opportunities as they arise based on expertise and availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced IAM consultant with a proven track record in identity and access management
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to deliver actionable, structured feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
