- • The IDN Strategy Lead (Program Delivery Lead) leads the execution of the IDN operating model by managing Service Operations Committee (SOC) forums, synthesizing provider feedback into actionable insights, and driving cross-functional alignment across enterprise teams to connect provider experience, operational performance, and negotiation strategy.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing programs to drive value, partnering with leaders on implementation planning, reviewing and communicating program results, advising executives on functional strategies, and exercising independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
- • The role sits within Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company focused on improving health outcomes for millions through insurance and CenterWell healthcare services, with a mission to deliver better quality of life for Medicare and Medicaid populations, families, individuals, military personnel, and communities.
- • In this role, the person will develop strategic programs that influence providers, members, or market leadership toward improved quality metrics, gain experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in healthcare strategy, operations, and provider market dynamics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
- • Experience working directly with providers or with the markets
- • Experience with PPI, Provider Operations, Claims
- • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence
- • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across enterprise teams
- • Analytical mindset - ability to interpret data and identify trends
- • Exceptional communication skills - ability to simplify complex concepts, manage provider facing conversations
- • Ability and willingness to travel less than 10% of the time
