- • As an Immigration Attorney and Practice Owner at Manifest Law Inc., you will scale your immigration practice using a tech-enabled platform that removes operational overhead, allowing you to focus on high-impact legal work and growth.
- • Day to day, you will lead and develop a legal team, conduct case reviews, maintain high legal quality standards, and serve as the public face of your practice through thought leadership, social media, media appearances, and client-facing content.
- • Manifest Law is a remote-first, U.S.-based immigration firm with over 3,000 successful cases, combining legal expertise with proprietary technology to streamline workflows, automate attorney-paralegal-client coordination, and provide unified case context.
- • In this role, you can amplify your existing reputation, leverage an inbound client pipeline, retain higher profit share on self-sourced cases, and build a scalable practice without the burdens of firm management, hiring, or marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
- • 7+ years of immigration experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio
- • Experience managing or mentoring legal teams
- • Comfort with client-facing visibility, including thought leadership, social presence, and media engagement
- • A professional network that generates referrals
- • Genuine entrepreneurial ambition to build and scale a practice
