- • You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of immigration cases—from initial assessment and document collection to application submission, follow-up, and resolution—while maintaining strict adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and evolving U.S. immigration regulations.
- • Day-to-day, you will coordinate and schedule client consultations, interviews, and internal stakeholder meetings; prepare and submit immigration petitions and supporting documentation to USCIS and other government agencies; assess right-to-work eligibility; audit and update internal mobility knowledge bases; and provide proactive, multichannel support to clients and Employers of Record (EORs) on visa processing, renewals, extensions, and cancellations.
- • You will liaise with local immigration providers and legal partners to ensure accurate case assessments, manage individual case pipelines with strong prioritization skills, and keep all clients informed of status changes, deadlines, and potential risks through clear, professional communication via email, phone, and video.
- • You will contribute to special projects aimed at improving immigration workflows, enhancing compliance frameworks, and scaling Deel’s global mobility offerings, while ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality across assigned jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of direct experience in U.S. business immigration, either as an Immigration Specialist, Paralegal, or in a similar role within a law firm, corporate legal department, or immigration-focused startup.
- • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills, including tracking deadlines, prioritizing competing priorities, and maintaining accurate case documentation across multiple clients and visa types (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, green card processes).
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience interacting professionally with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to explain complex immigration processes, manage expectations, and provide timely updates.
- • Strong client service orientation, including the ability to anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and deliver consistent, empathetic support throughout often lengthy and stressful immigration journeys.
- • Familiarity with U.S. immigration regulations, USCIS filing procedures, DOL requirements (such as LCAs), and compliance frameworks; ability to interpret and apply changes in policy to case strategy.
- • Experience working in remote or distributed teams, with comfort using digital tools for case management, communication, and collaboration (e.g., CRM systems, document platforms, video conferencing).
