Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a GTM Strategy & Operations hire at Stedi, you will play a foundational role in building the operational backbone of a high-performing, data-driven go-to-market team, ensuring clean data, fast insights, and scalable systems that directly support revenue growth and strategic decision-making in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
- • You will design and maintain trustworthy sales data infrastructure in HubSpot and integrated tools, develop reporting for leadership visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance, partner with GTM leadership on territory modeling, quotas, forecasts, and compensation tracking, own and optimize HubSpot CRM including pipeline stages, deal hygiene, custom objects, workflows, and automations, translate business questions into actionable data through ad hoc analysis, identify and resolve process gaps and operational bottlenecks, serve as a key interface between sales and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to align operations with business strategy, support sales onboarding through training content and process improvements that reduce ramp time for new AEs and BDRs, and collaborate with sales leadership to plan and execute prospecting sprints that maximize AE efficiency and deal creation.
- • Stedi is building the world’s only programmable healthcare clearinghouse, modernizing how healthcare transactions like claims, eligibility checks, and remittances are exchanged using standardized EDI formats (X12 HIPAA) through modern API interfaces and real-time/batch processes, backed by $142M in funding from top-tier investors including Stripe, Addition, USV, and Bloomberg Beta, and recognized as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors by Ramp.
- • The GTM team operates within a lean, innovative business unit that supports Stedi’s infrastructure with a passion for automation and eliminating toil, working alongside engineers and designers who ship products weekly, in a culture that values curiosity, systems thinking, bias for action, and clear, urgent communication.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare technology operations, scale your impact in a high-growth SaaS environment, gain end-to-end ownership of CRM and revenue operations systems, sharpen your strategic and analytical skills by translating data into business decisions, and position yourself as a trusted partner to GTM leadership while contributing to the scaling of a mission-critical healthcare infrastructure platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS organization, with preference for startup or early-stage environment exposure.
- • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including pipeline architecture, workflows, automation, list logic, reporting, and integrations.
- • Strong systems thinking with a bias for action: ability to thrive in ambiguity, turn vague problems into clear solutions, and balance strategic context with tactical execution while maintaining ruthless organization and attention to detail.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive annual compensation range of $140,000–$200,000 (On Target Earnings, inclusive of base salary and variable commission/bonus).
- • Fully remote work arrangement within the USA, offering flexibility and autonomy.
- • Opportunity to join a well-funded, high-growth SaaS company backed by top-tier investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, and Bloomberg Beta.
- • Exposure to cutting-edge healthcare technology innovation at the intersection of API-driven infrastructure and legacy EDI modernization.
- • Culture that values curiosity, autonomy, and impact, with encouragement to apply even if experience doesn’t perfectly match the description.
