📋 Description

• The Immigration Strategy Attorney serves as the front line of the prospective client experience at Manifest Law Inc., where they are the first attorney clients speak to and play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class client experience at scale by ensuring consultations are handled with warmth, clarity, speed, and precision.
• Day to day, the attorney conducts consultations with prospective clients worldwide, evaluates eligibility for extraordinary ability and high-skilled immigration pathways (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A), communicates complex legal concepts in simple terms, assesses case strength, provides clear next-step guidance, and maintains accurate consultation notes and records in the firm’s systems.
• Manifest Law Inc. is rebuilding the legal system from the ground up, starting with business immigration, by pairing top attorneys with powerful software to help global talent live and work in the U.S. legally, quickly, and with confidence. • In this role, the attorney will develop deep expertise in high-volume client consultation, refine rapid legal assessment and triage skills, master communication of complex immigration law to diverse audiences, and contribute to a mission-driven effort to redefine how immigration legal services are delivered through technology and empathy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of law practice experience with significant exposure to U.S. business immigration
• Strong working knowledge of extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and related strategies
• Exceptional communication skills: crisp, warm, confident, and highly articulate
• Strong judgment and triage ability: quickly interpret profiles, assess case strength, and recommend next steps
• Ability to clearly explain complex legal ideas in simple language to clients from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable working in a high-volume consultation environment
