- • The Impact Program Contractor role at ElevenLabs is a mission-driven position focused on scaling the company’s social impact initiatives by leveraging AI to support nonprofits and educational organizations globally. This role is critical to expanding access to ElevenLabs’ cutting-edge AI audio technologies in ways that drive meaningful societal outcomes, aligning with the company’s vision of using AI to create lasting positive impact.
- • You will operate within the Partnerships team to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows that streamline partnership operations, improve partner support, and enable scalable, repeatable systems for impact delivery. This includes identifying inefficiencies in current processes, experimenting with AI agents and tools, and translating manual, ad-hoc work into structured, automated solutions that can scale across hundreds of organizations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and evaluating potential nonprofit and educational partners, managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles, executing targeted outbound campaigns, and creating compelling communications to engage mission-driven organizations. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine program strategy, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with ElevenLabs’ broader goals.
- • You will work in a high-velocity, autonomous environment where impact—not job titles—drives priorities. Expect to take ownership of ambiguous challenges, propose innovative solutions, and execute quickly with minimal oversight. This role demands strong initiative, structured thinking, and a bias toward action, as you will be expected to identify opportunities independently and drive them forward without waiting for direction.

You’ll also build a network within the global nonprofit and edtech sectors while contributing to a program that has the potential to reach millions of users through ElevenLabs’ technology.

- • Strong bias toward action with proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, APIs) to automate workflows or build solutions
- • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down problems, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into scalable, AI-driven systems
- • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling materials for partner outreach and internal documentation
- • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and driving execution without supervision
