- • The Impact Program Intern at ElevenLabs will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s mission-driven initiatives by leveraging AI to enhance partnerships with nonprofits and educational organizations globally. This role directly supports ElevenLabs’ commitment to using technology for social good, ensuring that innovative AI tools are accessible and impactful in underserved sectors.
- • You will design and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline partnership operations, source and evaluate mission-aligned organizations, support partner outreach and engagement, and build scalable systems that transform manual processes into efficient, repeatable processes—working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to amplify impact.
- • ElevenLabs is a high-velocity, AI-first company founded in 2023 that has rapidly scaled to serve millions of users and thousands of businesses, backed by top-tier investors and valued at $11B. - • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience applying AI to real-world social impact challenges, develop expertise in partnership scaling and operations, and build a portfolio of AI-powered systems that drive measurable outcomes—positioning you at the intersection of technology, innovation, and mission-driven work.
- • You will strengthen your analytical and structured thinking by identifying inefficiencies and translating them into scalable solutions, refine your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, and sharpen your organizational skills by managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment—all while contributing to ElevenLabs’ vision of transforming how AI serves society.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing an MBA (between first and second year preferred)
- • Strong bias toward action, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, APIs) to automate workflows or build solutions
- • Ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable, AI-driven systems
- • Interest in education, nonprofits, and scaling social impact through high-quality partnerships
- • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down problems and track performance
- • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling materials
- • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution
