- • Support customer-specific technical decisions related to configuration, integration, and deployment in collaboration with senior architects and project leads.
- • Contribute to alignment between product architecture, customer requirements, and achievable implementation outcomes, clearly identifying and documenting misalignment.
- • Identify gaps between customer requirements and current product capabilities, and support documentation of mitigation approaches such as configuration, workaround, or product change request.
- • Apply supported implementation patterns and escalate unavoidable deviations in a controlled and transparent manner.
- • Responsibilities
- • 1. Presales and Solution Validation Support
- • Support technical discovery and feasibility discussions for customer implementations using existing Solventum product capabilities.
- • Help document implementation assumptions, dependencies, integration considerations, and deployment constraints.
- • Identify gaps between customer expectations and product capabilities and raise them for review by senior architects or project leads.
- • Support technical validation focused on implementation feasibility within standard product capabilities.
- • Escalate non-standard requirements or unsupported scenarios through defined technical governance channels.
- • 2. Implementation Design and Technical Delivery
- • Configure and document customer-specific implementation components based on approved architecture, including: integration points, identity and access configuration, network connectivity, data flows.
- • Apply existing Solventum architecture standards and supported patterns.
- • Support implementation of interfaces and integrations within supported product capabilities and constraints.
- • Review implementation artefacts for accuracy, compliance, and supportability.
- • Document risks, issues, and deviations for review by senior technical leads.
- • 3. Technical Delivery Support
- • Support technical implementation activities across deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
- • Assist with investigation and resolution of technical issues, risks, and escalations, including coordination with Solventum cloud operations teams where needed.
- • Provide technical guidance to implementation resources on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting within approved patterns.
- • Support resolution of complex incidents, escalations, and cross-system failures in collaboration with senior technical resources.
- • Escalate issues arising from product limitations, integration constraints, or unsupported scenarios through appropriate channels.
- • Help track the impact of product gaps on delivery timelines, scope, and quality.
- • 4. Release & Operational Alignment
- • Support validation of environment readiness, configuration correctness, and integration stability.
- • Contribute to handover documentation so it reflects deployed configuration, not theoretical design.
- • Collaborate with support teams to confirm operational supportability.
- • 5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- • Participate in technical discussions with customer architects, IT teams, and security stakeholders.
- • Communicate implementation requirements, constraints, and open issues clearly within supported deployment models.
- • Escalate architectural concerns, product gaps, and unsupported scenarios through appropriate internal channels.
- • 6. Product Fit and Issue Documentation
- • Identify and document gaps between customer requirements and existing product capabilities that impact implementation.
- • Support assessment of whether requirements can be addressed through configuration, standard integration patterns, or process adjustments.
- • Document workaround options and associated implementation considerations within supported boundaries.
- • Clearly identify when requirements require escalation for product enhancement or senior architectural review.
- • Contribute delivery feedback based on implementation experience and maintain clear documentation of supportable workarounds.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or higher AND 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare IT in a role that is similar or has a large overlap with outlined responsibilities
