- ⢠As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of the go-to-market team, working directly with Customer Success and broader GTM teams to drive customer adoption and maximize return on investment through the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program.
- ⢠You will build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement throughout implementation phases, from sales handoff to value realization, while guiding growth through goal-setting, progress tracking, and adaptive planning.
- ⢠You will cultivate customer champions, act as the voice of the customer to internal teams including Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales, and proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks.
- ⢠You will document customer success through case studies, use cases, and metrics, tracking adoption and value realization over time to inform product and process improvements.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance
- ⢠Hands-on experience with 1+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar roles at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup
- ⢠Project management proficiency with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal oversight
