📋 Description

• As an Implementation Consultant at Vensure Employer Solutions, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of PEO solutions for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
• Day to day, you will lead client implementations by understanding business requirements, configuring HR/HCM systems, serving as the primary point of contact, providing training on system use, troubleshooting technical and process issues, and collaborating with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment and success.
• You will join Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and service organization, serving over 95,000 businesses and processing $135B in annual payroll, headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, where innovation and client-centric solutions drive growth.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HR compliance, payroll systems, and client implementation methodologies, while developing leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills that support career advancement in HR technology and consulting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of related work experience in implementation, payroll, or HR-related fields
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
