• • As an Implementation Consultant at JumpCloud, you will play a critical role in helping organizations successfully deploy and adopt the JumpCloud platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of identity, device, and access management solutions for customers across Brazil and beyond.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading technical implementations, configuring JumpCloud solutions to meet client needs, providing training and support to administrators and end users, collaborating with sales and engineering teams, and driving user adoption through effective communication and problem-solving.
• • You will be part of a global, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering intelligent, secure IT solutions that empower organizations to manage their workforce securely and efficiently, leveraging JumpCloud’s AI-powered unified platform.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud identity and device management, develop strong technical consulting and project management skills, and gain experience working with diverse IT environments while contributing to customer success and platform adoption at scale.
