  • • As an Implementation Consultant at G2i Inc., you will serve as a technical problem-solver who transforms struggling law firms by diagnosing operational bottlenecks and deploying tailored CRM, automation, analytics, and AI solutions that unlock measurable revenue potential and operational efficiency.
  • • You will own end-to-end client engagements lasting 6+ months, managing 1 to 4 concurrent projects while collaborating with senior consultants and leveraging a growing knowledge base to design, build, and deploy systems that become the single source of truth for client operations.
  • • Your day-to-day work blends 75% hands-on technical implementation—configuring CRMs, building automation workflows, creating data pipelines, and deploying AI tools—with 25% client-facing consulting, including requirements gathering, training, adoption coaching, and executive presentations to law firm stakeholders.
  • • You will operate within a high-intensity, results-driven culture that values ownership, curiosity, and builder mentality, where success is measured by client outcomes and system impact rather than hours logged or bureaucratic compliance.
  • • You will gain deep, cross-platform expertise in best-in-class tools across CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), project management (Asana, Airtable, etc.), automation (Zapier, Make, n8n), AI (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.), and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), while learning to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value for non-technical legal professionals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience deploying and configuring CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and/or project management/ERP platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp)
  • • Hands-on experience with automation/iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, MS Power Platform) and/or AI applications (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) to solve business problems
  • • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences, including law firm executives and staff
  • • Builder mentality with ownership drive: autonomous problem-solver who enjoys designing, testing, and refining systems with high attention to detail and takes pride in delivering measurable client outcomes
  • • Professional English fluency (minimum B2 level) and comfort advising US-based law firms during client meetings held in morning US hours (afternoon-evening Eastern European Time)
