📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Consultant for Enterprise Intelligence at AlphaSense, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of AlphaSense’s AI-powered market intelligence platform for enterprise clients, bridging pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout to drive value realization.
• • You will develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams (including Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Sales), conduct regular progress meetings, create and modify client-specific training programs, collaborate on documentation, proactively identify and mitigate risks, monitor KPIs using data-driven insights, and build scalable playbooks to guide future implementations.
