- • As a key member of our customer-obsessed solutions team, you will be at the forefront of tackling procurement challenges head-on. Your primary responsibility will be to build deep, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing customers, understanding their unique business needs and demonstrating how Levelpath can revolutionize their procurement processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
- • A significant part of your role will involve strategic planning, building, optimizing, and scaling our internal processes, assets, and systems, particularly Zendesk and Salesforce, to effectively serve our enterprise accounts. This requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to process improvement, ensuring that our operational framework can support our ambitious growth trajectory and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive best practice guides and product documentation. These resources will empower our customers to maximize their use of Levelpath, ensuring they can unlock the full potential of our AI-driven procurement capabilities. Your ability to translate complex technical features into clear, actionable guidance will be crucial for customer adoption and satisfaction.
- • Identifying and nurturing champions within customer organizations is another vital aspect of this role. By building strong relationships with key business stakeholders, you will foster a deeper understanding of Levelpath's value proposition and ensure alignment across different departments, driving broader adoption and impact.
- • You will actively contribute to the development and launch of new solution offerings by collaborating closely with the sales team. This involves understanding market needs, translating them into product requirements, and supporting the go-to-market strategy to ensure successful adoption by our clients.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as the crucial link between our customers and our product and engineering teams. By representing the voice of the customer, you will provide invaluable insights and feedback, directly influencing our product roadmap and ensuring that Levelpath continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the procurement landscape.
- • Driving and supporting customer health through the monitoring of adoption metrics is essential. You will proactively identify areas where customers may need additional support or guidance, implementing strategies to enhance their engagement and ensure they are deriving maximum value from the platform.
- • A core component of your success will be your ability to collaborate closely with customers to define their specific success metrics. You will then translate their feedback and performance data into actionable product insights for our development team, ensuring a continuous cycle of improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing/customer-management role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to improve processes.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple workstreams effectively.
- • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field.
