  • • Levelpath is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team in Riga, Latvia. As a key player in our post-sales organization, you will be instrumental in ensuring our enterprise clients successfully onboard and deploy the Levelpath AI procurement platform. This role is central to our mission of making procurement delightful and unlocking significant value for our global enterprise customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert dedicated to their success and the realization of tangible benefits from our innovative solution.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire implementation lifecycle, from the initial kickoff to successful go-live. This involves a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous project management, hands-on platform configuration, and effective training delivery. You will collaborate closely with a variety of enterprise stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT departments, to deeply understand their existing procurement processes, identify pain points, and map out how Levelpath can be best configured to meet their unique needs and strategic objectives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve leading discovery workshops. These sessions are critical for gathering comprehensive information about client goals, current operational workflows, and defining clear, measurable success criteria. Based on these insights, you will design and configure the Levelpath platform. This includes tailoring workflows, defining user roles and permissions, establishing data flows, and setting up approval processes to align perfectly with each client's operational requirements and compliance standards.
  • • You will also play a vital role in facilitating and supporting technical integrations between Levelpath and our clients' existing systems. This requires close collaboration with our engineering team to ensure a seamless and robust integration experience, minimizing disruption and maximizing data flow efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive enablement sessions and hands-on training to key users and champions within client organizations. The goal is to foster widespread adoption and ensure that all relevant teams can leverage the full capabilities of the Levelpath platform.
  • • Acting as an extension of the customer’s team, you will be adept at managing diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring clear communication, aligning expectations, and driving the project forward to meet milestone-based deployment targets. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships will be paramount to project success.
  • • Internally, you will be a crucial conduit for customer feedback. You will present client insights, challenges, and suggestions to our product and engineering teams, directly influencing the future development of the Levelpath platform and contributing to our continuous improvement strategy. This feedback loop is essential for ensuring Levelpath remains at the forefront of procurement technology.
  • • A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential. You will be expected to anticipate potential roadblocks, identify solutions, and take decisive action to accelerate the client's time to value. Building and nurturing long-term, trusted relationships with our clients is a core tenet of this role, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • • Beyond individual client implementations, you will contribute to the scalability of our implementation strategy. This involves supporting process improvement initiatives by developing and refining playbooks, templates, and documentation that will guide future deployments and enhance overall operational efficiency for the Levelpath team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in post-sales implementation, customer onboarding, or enterprise deployment of a B2B SaaS product.
  • • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, characterized by clarity, empathy, and a results-oriented approach.
  • • Familiarity with B2B SaaS product configuration, including workflows, user management, and technical integration concepts.
  • • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to effectively track timelines, manage risks, and coordinate dependencies across multiple concurrent implementation projects.
  • • A customer-obsessed mindset, with a consultative approach to guiding clients towards successful platform adoption and value realization.
