• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in supporting the pre-sales process by assisting Account Executives with compelling demos, meticulously managing the onboarding and implementation phases, and proactively driving continuous customer value realization. • • Your responsibilities will encompass building deep, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with Levelpath. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting the successful implementation of the Levelpath platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve contributing to the planning, building, optimization, and scaling of our internal processes, assets, and systems, particularly within Zendesk and Salesforce, to effectively serve our enterprise accounts. You will also be tasked with developing comprehensive best practice guides and essential product documentation to empower our customers and facilitate their self-sufficiency.
• • Identifying key champions within customer organizations and cultivating strong relationships with critical business stakeholders will be paramount. You will actively drive the adoption of new solution offerings by collaborating closely with the sales team, ensuring our customers are aware of and benefit from our latest innovations.
• • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in bringing new products to market by working hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams. You will serve as the crucial voice of the customer, articulating their needs and feedback to inform product development and future enhancements. Driving and supporting customer health through diligent monitoring of adoption metrics will be a core focus.
