- ⢠The Implementation Coordinator at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) plays a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for healthcare clients by assisting the Implementation Manager in deploying new client solutions and managing renewals, product changes, and regulatory updates. This role is vital to maintaining client satisfaction and operational continuity, directly impacting HCSCās ability to deliver reliable, compliant, and timely healthcare benefits administration.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying implementation tasks based on client-specific requirements, developing detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, client management, vendor partners, and internal operations to ensure timely execution. The coordinator facilitates internal and client-facing meetings, tracks milestones, mitigates risks by analyzing downstream impacts of changes, and ensures all stakeholders are aligned throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- ⢠The role requires proactive communication with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams at all levels to clarify expectations, resolve issues, and maintain transparency. The coordinator must adapt quickly to evolving client needs and regulatory environments, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain rigorous documentation to support audit readiness and process improvement.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2ā3 years of experience in healthcare benefits and/or administration
- ⢠College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ⢠Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- ⢠Ability to travel up to 10% as required
- ⢠Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
