  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site visits to transportation providers and medical facilities, delivering training on processes and technology, performing vehicle inspections, maintaining certifications for PASS and wheelchair securement training, supporting Safe Driver Program compliance, promoting TripCare platform adoption, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and contributing to outreach initiatives—all requiring up to 40% local travel.
