- • Own the technical heartbeat of every client go-live. As an Implementation Engineer at Bluematrix, you are the single point of technical accountability for configuring, integrating, and launching our enterprise platform across a diverse portfolio of financial-services clients. From the moment a deal closes, you step in as the trusted technical advisor who translates complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
- • Architect seamless integrations. You will design and deploy every technical touchpoint between the client and the Bluematrix platform—authentication flows, real-time data feeds, webhook endpoints, user-entitlement mappings, and more. Using REST APIs, Python or Bash scripts, and SQL queries, you build robust bridges that move millions of data points per day without a hiccup.
- • Write the playbook that everyone else follows. API docs, implementation guides, and onboarding checklists live under your stewardship. You continuously refine these assets based on client feedback, turning tribal knowledge into repeatable, self-service resources that accelerate future implementations and reduce support load.
- • Be the calm in the storm when blockers appear. During onboarding, clients inevitably hit technical snags—mismatched schemas, firewall issues, or unexpected latency. You parachute in, troubleshoot with precision, and deliver client-friendly resolutions that keep go-lives on schedule. Your on-call SME availability means the broader Implementation team never feels alone.
- • Champion the client voice inside Bluematrix. You capture recurring pain points and enhancement requests, translating them into crisp feedback for Product and Engineering. Your insights directly influence roadmap priorities, internal tooling, and process improvements that raise implementation velocity and client satisfaction quarter after quarter.
- • Juggle multiple high-stakes projects without dropping a ball. You scope technical complexity during post-sales handoff, advise on resource allocation, and track milestones across concurrent engagements. Whether it’s a boutique asset manager or a global investment bank, you tailor your approach while maintaining a gold-standard delivery cadence.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. You contribute code snippets, automation scripts, and diagnostic utilities to our internal toolkit. By measuring implementation KPIs—time-to-first-data, defect escape rate, NPS—you help the team iterate faster and deliver ever-smoother client experiences.
- • Collaborate across the aisle daily. You sync with Solutions Engineers to validate technical designs, pair with Customer Success to ensure adoption, and brief Sales on integration possibilities for future upsell. Your ability to speak both human and machine makes you the connective tissue that keeps the revenue engine humming.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or client-facing software delivery
- • Strong proficiency with REST APIs, web technologies, and integration patterns
- • Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash) or SQL queries for configuration and testing
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical documentation
- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- • Experience with financial services or complex data systems (preferred)
