• • Own the technical heartbeat of every new client relationship. As Implementation Engineer you are the single technical authority from the moment a deal closes until the client is fully live and delighted. You translate complex enterprise requirements into elegant, repeatable configurations that power Bluematrix’s market-leading data platform.
• • Architect and deliver end-to-end integrations. You will map authentication flows, design data-feed topologies, configure webhooks, set up entitlements, and validate every API handshake. Your code and documentation become the blueprint that keeps implementations on time and under budget.
• • Serve as the client’s trusted technical advisor. Whether you are white-boarding an integration pattern with a CTO or walking a developer through our REST endpoints, you communicate with clarity, patience, and authority. Your presence turns technical anxiety into confidence.
• • Build and curate the knowledge base that scales our team. You will author concise API cookbooks, step-by-step onboarding checklists, and troubleshooting playbooks. When gaps surface, you update docs the same day so the next client never hits the same roadblock.
• • Troubleshoot and unblock in real time. During critical go-lives you are the on-call SME who dives into logs, crafts hot-fix scripts, and coordinates with Engineering to keep launch windows intact. Your calm, data-driven approach turns red alerts into green checkmarks.
• • Champion continuous improvement. You funnel field insights back to Product and Engineering—turning recurring pain points into roadmap items. You also prototype internal tools (Python, Bash, SQL) that automate repetitive setup tasks and shave days off every implementation.
• • Juggle multiple concurrent implementations without dropping a detail. You maintain clear project timelines, flag risks early, and negotiate scope changes with both clients and internal stakeholders so every go-live lands on schedule and above CSAT targets.
• • Elevate the entire post-sales organization. By mentoring junior Implementation Managers and running internal enablement sessions, you multiply your impact and help build a culture of technical excellence across Bluematrix.
