📋 Description

• As an Implementation Engineer at Pylon Labs Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transitions for customers migrating to Pylon’s B2B post-sales support platform, directly impacting customer success and product adoption.
• You will run end-to-end migrations, translate customer processes, enable team adoption, migrate historical data, and serve as the go-to expert for product questions and legacy system knowledge (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
• You’ll join a fast-growing, well-funded startup backed by top-tier investors (a16z, BCV, General Catalyst, Y Combinator) serving over 1,300 companies including Linear, Modal Labs, and Incident.io, with a mission to transform B2B post-sales operations.
• In this role, you’ll rapidly become a product expert, develop deep technical fluency across support platforms, and grow your skills in customer-facing implementation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a flat, high-impact team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Located in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
• Organized, very hard-working, and fast — able to juggle 20+ migrations simultaneously
• Comfortable regularly interacting with customers over chat and video
• Detail-oriented and a fast learner — able to quickly become a product expert across multiple tools
• Team player mindset — thrives in a small, flat-hierarchy team where the best idea wins
• Technical background and appetite for technology is a big plus
• Previous experience managing support systems and/or implementing SaaS products is a big plus
