- • As an Implementation Lead at SmarterDx, you will own the end-to-end delivery of clinical AI solutions that help hospitals recover missed revenue, improve quality scores, and appeal denials—directly impacting how healthcare systems translate care into payment.
- • Day to day, you will lead implementations from contract signing through go-live, collaborating with clinical leaders (e.g., Directors of CDI), data engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SmarterDx’s platform into client workflows, including leading technical components like SSO, sFTP, and allowlisting.
- • You will validate data specifications, analyze files, and enforce data quality best practices to ensure clean, accurate inputs power the clinical AI—bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear communication and problem-solving.
- • SmarterDx is a physician-founded, remote-first company building clinical AI to transform healthcare revenue cycles; you’ll join a mission-driven team focused on high-impact, low-bureaucracy innovation where your work directly improves hospital financial and operational outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare RCM and EHR systems while expanding your technical skills in healthcare IT integrations, project leadership, and data-driven process optimization—positioning you as a trusted advisor in clinical revenue cycle transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- • Expertise in RCM software or EHR systems, preferably with certifications in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- • In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including deep expertise in CDI, coding, or charge revenue reconciliation
- • Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or similar role, with a focus on healthcare and revenue cycle
- • Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex implementations within timelines
- • Data analysis experience and working knowledge of SQL
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage tech companies or scrappy, adaptive environments
