📋 Description

• As an Implementation Manager at Ben Technologies Inc., you will deliver high-quality onboarding and implementation for mid-market and enterprise clients, owning your portfolio end-to-end and ensuring clients are successfully configured and live on the platform.
• Day to day, you will manage customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, track project milestones and dependencies, configure benefits and eligibility rules, run structured UAT, gather product feedback, build trusted client relationships, and leverage AI to streamline repetitive tasks.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Ben Technologies Inc., a benefits platform dedicated to connecting the entire benefits ecosystem to improve outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers by ensuring every employee receives the support they need to thrive.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS implementation, technical configuration, stakeholder management, and AI-augmented delivery, while growing your ability to drive client success and influence product evolution through real-world feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• A few years of experience in customer-facing implementation or onboarding roles, ideally with exposure to HR, payroll, or benefits SaaS platforms
• Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple complex accounts and running structured UAT processes
• Hands-on technical acumen in configuring software, including working with integrations, APIs, and data mapping to meet customer requirements
• AI-native mindset with a habit of using AI tools to improve work quality, research, and client communications while applying sound judgement
• Deep curiosity, autonomy, and ownership mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving issues to resolution without waiting for direction
