đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end execution of complex enterprise implementations for Flagright’s AI compliance platform, managing project plans, critical paths, workstream coordination, and risk logs to ensure on-time, surprise-free go-lives.
- • Lead discovery and solution design sessions with enterprise customers to understand their financial crime compliance needs, translate requirements into technical implementation plans, and configure the Flagright platform accordingly.
- • Guide customers through technical integration processes including API connections, data migration, backfills, and validation to ensure production-ready setups aligned with their operational and regulatory environments.
- • Manage multi-stakeholder delivery across customer teams, internal engineering, and product, aligning priorities, setting clear expectations, and driving decisions among groups with competing interests.
- • Plan and execute dry runs and cutover events, transitioning configurations from testing to live production environments while minimizing disruption and ensuring system stability.
- • Develop and deliver training programs and runbooks to enable customer teams to operate the Flagright platform independently post-launch, reducing dependency on Flagright support.
- • Provide hypercare support during the critical post-go-live period, rapidly resolving issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring stable operations before transitioning to ongoing customer success management.
- • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the implementation lifecycle, preventing customer impact through early detection and resolution.
- • Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration required on other days in San Francisco, supporting enterprise clients across North America and globally.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers who own customer relationships, while maintaining full ownership of delivery execution, timelines, and technical outcomes.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment, managing multiple high-stakes implementations simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- • Maintain clear, precise written and verbal communication in English to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global organizations.
- • Ensure all implementations comply with financial data security and privacy standards, including GDPR and PCI-DSS, and align with industry-specific regulatory expectations.
- • Leverage technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and cloud systems to conduct credible technical discussions with engineers and customers, without requiring coding expertise.
- • Participate in occasional travel for customer site visits, team gatherings, or critical implementation milestones as needed.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes by documenting lessons learned and refining playbooks based on real-world deployment experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management for B2B software sold to enterprise customers
- • Proven track record of personally owning complex software implementations from kickoff to live, stable production state
- • Strong project management skills: building and owning project plans, managing critical paths, tracking dependencies, and driving multi-stakeholder projects to completion
- • Technical fluency with APIs, data migration, and integrations; ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineers and customers
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines consistently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
🏖️ Benefits
- • Housing subsidy for employees living within 1 mile of the San Francisco office
- • Equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator-backed startup
- • Direct exposure to leadership and influence on go-to-market strategy
- • Work alongside a top-tier team including professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir
- • Low-bureaucracy environment with minimal meetings and asynchronous communication culture
- • Product with clear, real-world differentiation in the financial crime compliance space
