📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Manager at Onit, Inc., you will play a critical role in deploying the company’s AI-powered legal operations platform for enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of solutions that transform legal workflows.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform to meet business needs, conduct training sessions, manage timelines and resources, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• • You will join a team of innovators at Onit who are leveraging AI to redefine legal operations, working in a remote-first environment across the USA to help legal departments become faster, smarter, and more strategic through intelligent automation.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in legal tech and enterprise SaaS implementations, strengthen your project management and client-facing skills, and contribute directly to the success of cutting-edge AI solutions that modernize how legal teams operate.
