📋 Description

• As an Implementation Manager on the Professional Services team, you will lead and manage software implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring successful deployment of the BenchPrep platform to support customer growth and retention.
• Day to day, you will own project schedules, manage resources, document artifacts, coordinate with SMEs and vendors, configure and test the platform, and maintain consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders to drive satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• You will join a mission-driven Professional Services team focused on helping customers launch and grow on the BenchPrep platform, contributing to NRR, ARR, and high satisfaction scores that support renewals and long-term success.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the BenchPrep platform, strengthen your enterprise SaaS project management skills, and grow as a trusted advisor who delivers impactful, well-designed solutions while managing multiple concurrent projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role
• 5+ years helping customers design and implement SaaS solutions
• Proficiency using G-suite, Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet
• CAPM or PMP certification a plus
• Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical with outstanding project management skills
