đź“‹ Description
- • Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Senior HR Leader to oversee HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites within Ireland. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic HR professional who can ensure the consistent and effective delivery of HR programs, policies, and operational processes across a designated region. As a leader of HR teams, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and driving human capital initiatives that align with our overarching business objectives and global HR strategy.
- • In this capacity, you will lead, guide, and direct multiple HR Managers within your region or sub-region, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in assessing team member effectiveness, identifying development opportunities, and implementing strategies to close skill gaps. You will also be responsible for addressing performance and behavioral issues proactively and constructively, ensuring a fair and productive workplace for all.
- • A core aspect of this role involves establishing and maintaining a robust regional framework for HR operations. This framework must be meticulously aligned with business objectives, the global HR strategy, and crucially, with local employment laws and any applicable labor agreements. You will ensure that all HR policies, programs, and procedures are implemented and administered correctly and consistently throughout the region, harmonizing efforts across all site-level HR resources to create a unified approach.
- • You will act as a key partner to regional leaders, providing expert guidance and support in surfacing and resolving sensitive and complex HR issues. Your advice will be essential in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This includes approving written Associate actions such as performance improvement plans, progressive discipline, and terminations, with appropriate review from Legal as needed.
- • For regions with collective bargaining agreements, you will monitor all related activities, including grievance and disciplinary processes. You will take the lead in resolving negotiations and cases that are particularly sensitive or complex, demonstrating strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- • Your responsibilities extend to approving compensation and benefits decisions within the region, including areas like expatriate relocation and perquisites. This involves carefully evaluating recommendations to ensure internal equity and strict adherence to corporate-wide policies.
- • Building workforce capability is another critical function. You will drive the regional delivery of learning and development programs in close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). Working with HR Talent Partners, you will ensure these programs effectively address the talent priorities of the relevant Product Categories, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- • You will leverage HR reporting and metrics to gain insights into the quality of the Associate experience and the efficiency of HR service delivery. By analyzing trends in areas such as turnover and diversity and inclusion, you will proactively detect and address potential HR risks and concerns, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- • This role demands a commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a steward of data accuracy and integrity, and championing the HR brand. You will work collaboratively with HR Operations, HR Talent Partners, and COEs to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both Associates and managers.
- • You will be expected to recommend modifications to HR policies, procedures, and programs based on anticipated changes in regional employment laws, labor agreements, and the broader business environment, ensuring Integer remains agile and compliant.
- • Reinforcing the use of HR technology, tools, and processes among leaders is essential to drive self-service and centralized transactions, with a focus on enforcing compliance where necessary. You will also drive accountability within the region for secure, rigorous record-keeping practices and HR transaction procedures.
- • Collaboration with external parties, including agencies, attorneys, labor relations specialists, and Works Councils, will be required to support investigation and employment litigation activities within the region.
- • You will lead activities associated with special projects, such as the integration of mergers and acquisitions or reduction in force initiatives. Furthermore, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more HR practice areas, such as Employee Relations, Hourly Recruiting, Metrics/Surveys, or Policies.
- • A key focus will be promoting an issue-free environment and ensuring adherence to Integer’s values. You will ensure that Associate concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts are addressed and resolved in a timely, fair, and equitable manner. Finally, you will credibly lead organizational change initiatives, guiding the region through transitions effectively.
