- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the processing of payroll data for employees across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all inputs are accurate and timely.
- • The role involves helping maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, compensation changes, and benefits enrollments, with strict attention to data integrity.
- • A key duty is verifying and reconciling employee data such as salaries, hours worked, bonuses, and deductions to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
- • The Payroll Associate supports payroll tax calculations and filings under supervision, helping ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- • Providing first-line support to employees for payroll-related inquiries—such as payslip questions, payment timing, or deduction clarifications—is a regular responsibility, requiring clear and empathetic communication.
- • The role includes assisting in maintaining compliance with evolving payroll laws and regulations across Deel’s operating countries, supporting audit readiness and regulatory adherence.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1-3 years of experience in a payroll support or administrative role

- • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
