- • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for Airwallex’s global payments and embedded finance products, translating business requirements into actionable project plans from scoping through go-live and early optimization.
- • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise partner integrations including shopping carts, payment gateways, and fintech platforms, managing internal and external communication, risks, dependencies, and day-to-day orchestration across onboarding, configuration, testing, certification, and launch phases.
- • Serve as the single technical point of contact and trusted advisor to enterprise clients, coordinating closely with integration engineers, solution architects, and technical account managers to ensure functional flows, architecture, and timelines are accurately executed.
- • Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Operations, Finance, and other internal functions to secure timely approvals for solution designs and integration approaches, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
- • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize integration requirements, balancing committed client timelines with product roadmap constraints, and escalate trade-offs when necessary to protect delivery quality and scope.
- • Align partner-specific delivery milestones with broader product roadmaps and operational readiness plans by working closely with internal PMO or program management functions to ensure cohesive execution across teams.
- • Apply professional services methodologies and disciplined project management practices including RAID logs, KPI tracking, governance frameworks, and status reporting to manage multi-workstream, cross-regional integrations with diverse stakeholder groups.
- • Track and report key delivery metrics such as time-to-go-live, adherence to plan, and launch quality, leading structured post-launch reviews to continuously improve integration playbooks and operational efficiency.
- • Drive cross-functional project teams through all phases of the sales and delivery lifecycle: pre-delivery with commercial and sales managers and solution architects, delivery with solution engineers, and post-delivery with technical account managers and support/operations teams.
- • Maintain clear, concise written and verbal communication through steering committee presentations, executive readouts, and status updates, influencing decisions and driving alignment without direct authority.
- • Operate with founder-like energy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, using pragmatic decision-making to advance complex projects while maintaining rigor, structure, and client trust.
- • Work in a hybrid model based in London, with three days per week in the office, collaborating daily with cross-regional teams to deliver seamless global integrations for enterprise clients.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance project planning, risk identification, and stakeholder communication, accelerating delivery without compromising quality or compliance standards.
- • Ensure all implementations meet Airwallex’s operating principles: moving fast with good judgment, digging deep with curiosity, and delivering end-to-end solutions with humility and collaboration.
