- • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-grade hardware and SaaS solutions across Canada.

- • You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sophisticated technical solutions and the critical operational demands of our public safety clients.

- • This is a remote position based in Canada, requiring a significant commitment to travel (40-50%) to client sites and other Axon locations.
- • You will report directly to the Senior Director of Program Management, operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- • The primary focus will be on leading complex, enterprise product deployments from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all project milestones are met and deliverables precisely align with customer expectations.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple medium to large-sized projects concurrently, maintaining rigorous control over timelines, project scope, and budget adherence.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams to meticulously define program requirements, ensuring these align with national and provincial standards and regulations pertinent to public safety.
- • You will proactively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customer leadership, sales teams, product strategists, and software services executives, to clearly define project vision, scope, and realistic delivery timelines.
- • Effective program planning is essential, and you will support these activities by implementing and refining robust work estimation processes, ensuring accurate resource allocation and forecasting.
- • You will oversee and manage program-level change management activities, working collaboratively with both client partners and internal teams to navigate evolving requirements and ensure smooth transitions.
- • Developing comprehensive and accurate documentation is crucial for supporting customer acceptance processes and ensuring timely and correct revenue recognition.
- • You will serve as the primary facilitator and point of contact for project team members and stakeholders, fostering effective communication, clear understanding, and seamless coordination across all involved parties.
- • Proactive risk identification and management are paramount; you will be expected to identify potential project risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- • A key responsibility will be delivering foundational training to customers, both remotely and in-person, to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization of Axon's advanced solutions.
- • You will also play a role in developing the program management team by mentoring junior project managers and actively participating in the recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent.
- • This role demands a leader who can guide internal and client teams through periods of ambiguity, establishing clarity, ensuring alignment, and driving execution towards shared objectives.
- • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are vital, particularly the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Fluency in both English and French is required.
- • PMP certification is highly preferred.
- • 5+ years of experience leading complex programs in a SaaS environment with a proven track record in technical program management.
- • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale enterprise software deployments, infrastructure programs, or mission-critical application rollouts.
- • Strong proficiency in technical project management tools and methodologies.
- • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- • Expertise in guiding internal and client teams through ambiguity, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution on shared goals.
- • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to distill technical concepts for varied audiences.
- • Experience identifying process improvements to enhance project delivery outcomes and increase customer satisfaction.
