- • As an Implementation Project Manager at iRhythm Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of integrating our innovative digital health solutions with leading health systems across the United States. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients, guiding them from initial project kickoff through successful go-live and beyond, setting them up for sustained success with our cutting-edge EHR integration and digital solutions services.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, demonstrating exceptional project management skills, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of their unique workflows and integration needs. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring, testing, and validating EHR integrations to ensure they align perfectly with customer workflows, enhancing both operational efficiency and patient care.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to project ownership, managing all aspects of the EHR integration lifecycle between a customer and iRhythm. You will be responsible for orchestrating internal and external calls, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project duration.
- • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to leverage your technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate the EHR integration. This involves a thorough understanding of technical and operational requirements to ensure the integration fits seamlessly into the customer's existing environment, minimizing disruption and maximizing value.
- • You will meticulously document customer scope and workflows, applying best practices to drive projects to successful completion. This includes collaborating internally and externally to thoroughly understand the integration opportunity, the customer's specific needs, their readiness for integration, and how iRhythm's solutions best fit their strategic objectives.
- • A significant part of this role involves assisting the sales team by clearly explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and technical details during pre-integration discussions. Your ability to articulate complex technical information in an understandable manner will be vital in building customer confidence and securing new partnerships.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, and success metrics. This data-driven approach will not only ensure customer satisfaction and delight but also drive the broader adoption of the iRhythm Zio Service throughout the customer's organization, demonstrating the tangible value and impact of our solutions.
- • Beyond individual project management, you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement. By leading and executing internal projects, you will interact with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders to refine our processes, enhance our value proposition to customers, and contribute to the overall strategic growth of iRhythm's integration services.
- • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. While the role is heavily customer-facing, it requires extensive collaboration with nearly every division within iRhythm, as well as with external partners. You will be empowered to improve our processes, strengthen internal and external collaborations, and maximize the value our customers derive from the comprehensive iRhythm solution.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of cardiac health by ensuring our technology is effectively implemented and utilized by healthcare providers, ultimately improving patient outcomes and experiences. You will be a key player in iRhythm's mission to deliver better data, better insights, and better health for all.
