- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Project Manager (IPM) to be based in our dynamic Edinburgh, Scotland office.
- • This strategic role is instrumental in the successful implementation of Addepar’s Enterprise & Strategic client solutions, ensuring seamless delivery on time and within budget.
- • You will lead and empower cross-functional teams, comprising both internal Addepar specialists and client stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
- • As a key contributor to our international expansion, you will actively shape and refine our Global Implementation and Project Communication Processes.
- • The IPM possesses strong business acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset, adept at translating high-level client goals into detailed, actionable project plans and robust processes that drive execution.
- • This is a highly visible position requiring close collaboration and partnership with a diverse range of internal teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Client Success & Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Data Solutions, Product, and Engineering, as well as external client C-suites.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial sales support and scoping through the transition from sales to services, project initiation, meticulous planning, diligent implementation, ongoing monitoring and control, and final project closure.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to champion and drive the consistent application of project management principles, industry-standard methodologies, best-in-class tools, and Addepar’s internal policies and procedures across all projects.
- • You will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with both internal and external executive sponsors, key client stakeholders, and all project team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared success.
- • A critical responsibility involves translating complex client requirements, strategic objectives, and business goals into comprehensive, well-defined project plans that clearly outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- • You will meticulously manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for sophisticated and often complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Addepar’s delivery standards.
- • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate project plan, along with all other essential project documentation, will be crucial for effective project tracking and communication.
- • You will play a vital role in defining and enhancing our Implementation Processes, particularly for our growing EMEA and International client base, by thoughtfully adapting and optimizing our existing business processes to meet the unique and evolving needs of global clients.
- • Close partnership with Solutions Architects and Solutions Consultants, alongside other specialist resources, will be essential to ensure the effective and efficient execution of project plans, leveraging the expertise of each team member.
- • You will proactively identify potential project risks and deviations, propose necessary changes, manage change orders, and update budgets, critically assessing the impact of these changes and driving the development and implementation of effective mitigation plans.
- • Leading Steering Committee meetings with C-level executives from client organizations will be a key part of your role, requiring the ability to present project status, address concerns, and navigate challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- • You will be instrumental in documenting lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle and recommending continuous process improvements to enhance Addepar’s implementation methodology and overall client delivery experience.
- • This role requires an independent, adaptable, and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • Some travel will be required to support client engagements and internal collaboration, underscoring the global nature of this role.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years specifically in project management.
- • Proven professional experience successfully implementing enterprise-class SaaS software solutions.
- • Demonstrated experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams (formal management experience not required).
- • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- • Prior external client-facing experience is essential for this role.
- • High-level familiarity with the framework, operating models, and goals of EMEA-based Wealth Management & Investment Advisory firms is a significant advantage.
- • Solid understanding of project commercials, including Statement of Work (SOW) development, budgeting, and resource planning.
- • Professional experience within the Financial Services industry, Technology Implementations, or Consulting is highly preferred.
- • PMP certification is preferred.
- • Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce/FinancialForce, Monday.Com, Jira, or Confluence is considered a bonus.
- • Previous experience in investment management software implementations is a valuable asset.
