- • As an Implementation Project Manager at Rad AI, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered radiology solutions to healthcare customers, ensuring successful deployment from kickoff to go-live and transition to support, directly contributing to improved radiologist productivity and patient outcomes.
- • You will independently plan, monitor, and manage multiple complex customer-facing projects, facilitating discovery sessions, developing detailed project plans with timelines and milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Integration), and serving as the primary client-facing contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare AI company recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and one of the fastest-growing in North America, backed by top-tier investors and deploying AI used by thousands of radiologists daily across major health systems.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare IT implementations, strengthen stakeholder management and technical communication skills, contribute to process improvement and onboarding best practices, and grow as a leader in building a world-class implementation organization that exceeds customer expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or above
- • At least 2 years of relevant project management, implementation management, or technical project management experience, preferably in healthcare/healthcare IT
- • Prior experience or familiarity with radiology workflows and/or radiology-specific healthcare IT
- • Prior experience or familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs
- • Proficiency with project management tools
- • Excellent people/relationship management and communication skills
