• • As an Implementation Project Manager at Rad AI, you will play a pivotal role in our rapid growth by ensuring the successful and seamless deployment of our award-winning AI software to new clients. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Implementation, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and adoption. This role demands a proactive, adaptable individual with a "can-do" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be the linchpin connecting our innovative technology with the healthcare providers who will benefit from it, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
• • Your core responsibility will be to independently plan, meticulously monitor, and expertly manage multiple complex customer-facing projects from initiation through to successful completion. This involves leading the entire end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Rad AI’s products, encompassing project kick-off, implementation, go-live, and the smooth transition to our dedicated support teams. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout this critical phase, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
• • A key aspect of your role will be facilitating in-depth discovery sessions. These sessions are crucial for deeply understanding client workflows, identifying their specific requirements, and defining clear, measurable success criteria. Based on this understanding, you will develop comprehensive project plans, detailing realistic timelines, critical milestones, and necessary resource allocations. This requires a strategic approach to project management, ensuring all elements are aligned for optimal delivery.
• • You will orchestrate the efforts of various cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Integration specialists, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Effective coordination and communication are paramount to navigating the complexities of software implementation within a healthcare setting. Your ability to manage dependencies and keep all parties informed will be critical to success.
• • Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our clients is a top priority. This involves diligently managing project timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation journey.
• • You will also be responsible for tracking and managing customer feature requests, ensuring they are clearly documented, communicated to the product team, and prioritized effectively. This feedback loop is vital for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• • Proactive risk management is essential. You will continuously monitor project health, identify potential roadblocks early, and escalate issues as needed. Developing data-driven issue resolution and mitigation strategies will be a key part of your problem-solving approach.
• • Regular communication is vital. You will conduct weekly status meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress, challenges, and upcoming activities. You will also provide ongoing updates to leadership through comprehensive dashboards and reports, ensuring visibility into project status.

You will contribute to refining our implementation processes, helping to maintain onboarding templates, documentation, and best practices.
