- • The Implementation Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring scalable, high-impact client onboarding and solution delivery while driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as the main client liaison, creating and maintaining tailored project plans, monitoring progress against timelines and quality standards, collaborating with internal operations and external partners, facilitating platform training, coordinating with Customer Success for smooth go-live transitions, and working with Sales and Customer Success to identify and implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role
- • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- • Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus
