📋 Description
- • As an Implementation Specialist at Hello Patient, you will be responsible for helping more practices launch successfully on our platform.
- • You will configure workflows in Hello Patient, troubleshoot issues as they come up, and make sure teams are trained and ready so our AI agents deliver value from day one.
- • You will work directly with customer leaders to set expectations, communicate progress, and drive adoption.
- • You will partner closely with internal teams to surface risks early, unblock work fast, and ensure clean handoffs after launch.
- • You will help scale what works by owning implementations end-to-end for repeatable use cases.
- • You will drive coordination, timelines, and adoption without sacrificing quality.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, solutions delivery, or technical project management
- • Track record managing multiple projects at once with strong organization and attention to detail
- • Confident, polished customer presence — comfortable with clinicians, operators, and exec stakeholders
- • Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
- • Comfort with how systems integrate and data moves between tools
