- • In this pivotal role, you will work directly with our utility clients to implement SpryPoint's cutting-edge enterprise applications, including SpryCIS, SpryEngage, SpryMobile, and SpryWallet. These solutions are designed to modernize the entire meter-to-cash process, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely transition for our clients as they adopt our transformative platform. This involves understanding their unique business processes, configuring our software to meet their specific needs, and providing comprehensive training and support.
- • You will be instrumental in driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on SpryPoint's platform. This includes gathering detailed requirements from clients, translating those requirements into actionable implementation plans, and managing the execution of these plans. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including IT departments, operational teams, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the implementation lifecycle. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner will be crucial for building strong client relationships and fostering confidence in our solutions.
- • The role demands a proactive and detail-oriented approach. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the SpryPoint platform to align with each utility's specific workflows, data structures, and reporting needs. This may involve working with various modules of our suite, such as billing, customer engagement, mobile workforce management, and payment processing. You will also play a key role in data migration activities, ensuring that historical data is accurately and securely transferred to the new system. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support and guidance, helping clients to maximize the value they derive from our platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- • Beyond the technical aspects, this role requires strong project management skills. You will be expected to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budgets. This includes developing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project status to both internal teams and client stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions will be vital to the success of each project.

- • This is a hybrid position. Initially, you will be required to work from our downtown Atlanta office five days per week for an intensive 16-week training period. Following this initial phase, the role will transition to a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the Atlanta office, with the remaining time dedicated to client site visits across North America, which may constitute 25-50% of your time. This travel is essential for building strong client relationships and ensuring successful on-site project delivery.

- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Proven experience in software implementation, project management, or a client-facing technical role, preferably within the enterprise software or utility sector.
- • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in areas like customer service, billing, or operations management.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- • Proficiency in configuring and customizing software applications, with a willingness to learn SpryPoint's proprietary platform.
