Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Specialist at Interra Health, you will serve as the primary customer-facing guide for newly signed clients, ensuring a smooth transition from post-sale through go-live by managing the full implementation lifecycle of our healthcare technology solutions.
• • Day to day, you will complete product setup and configuration, interpret customer agreements to define implementation scope, collaborate with development teams on technical integrations, create training materials and documentation, manage multiple concurrent projects, and act as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat while tracking progress in Salesforce.
• • You will join a growing, mission-driven Customer Success team within Interra Health—a company formed by the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify—that is transforming the prescription journey by improving medication access, affordability, and transparency at the point of care through innovative software and healthcare integration.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare technology implementations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, gain experience with API integrations and Salesforce, and contribute to scalable customer success strategies while helping providers and patients navigate the prescription journey with greater clarity and affordability.
