- • As a Recruiting Coordinator at PermitFlow Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the talent engine behind an applied AI company transforming the $1.6T U.S. construction industry by accelerating permitting, licensing, and compliance for builders nationwide.
- • Your work directly supports PermitFlow’s mission to reduce delays, de-risk projects, and scale housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development by ensuring the company attracts and hires the skilled professionals needed to drive its AI-powered platform forward.
- • Day to day, you will identify future hiring needs in partnership with department managers and develop clear, compelling job descriptions and specifications tailored to technical and non-technical roles across engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- • You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to compile consistent, accurate lists of role requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and candidate profiles while maintaining a standardized approach to talent acquisition.
- • You will attract suitable candidates through strategic use of job boards, professional databases, online employment forums, social media platforms, and employee referrals, leveraging both active sourcing and employer branding techniques.
- • You will conduct initial screening interviews, assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience, and coordinate interview logistics to efficiently move qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline.
- • You will complete all necessary paperwork for new hires, including offer letters, background check coordination, and onboarding documentation, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition into the company.
- • You will promote PermitFlow’s reputation as an innovative, mission-driven employer by highlighting its impact, culture, and growth opportunities in candidate communications and employer branding efforts.
- • You will manage and support internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, mentorship coordination, and performance tracking to build a pipeline of early-career talent.
- • You will stay current on evolving employment legislation, regulations, and best practices, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local laws, including EEO and data privacy requirements.
- • You will provide regular recruitment reports to team managers and leadership, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and diversity indicators to inform hiring strategy.
- • You will contribute to a remote-first, inclusive culture by participating in virtual team initiatives, supporting DEI efforts, and helping maintain a candidate experience that reflects PermitFlow’s values of equity, transparency, and respect.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar talent acquisition role with proven success in full-cycle recruiting.
- • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple requisitions, scheduling complexities, and onboarding tasks simultaneously.
- • Outstanding communication and people skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates, collaborate effectively with hiring managers, and represent the company professionally.
