- • Embark on a pivotal role as an Implementation Specialist at Perk, a leading innovator in travel and spend management solutions. You will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful onboarding and launch of new clients within the DACH region, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with and derive maximum value from the Perk platform.
- • This position demands a strategic and client-centric approach, where you will meticulously analyze each customer's unique operational landscape, business objectives, and specific needs. Based on this thorough understanding, you will design and propose a bespoke implementation plan, meticulously tailored to facilitate a smooth and effective transition.
- • Your primary measure of success will be the successful completion of implementations and, crucially, the widespread adoption of the Perk platform by your assigned clients' user base. This involves not only technical setup but also driving user engagement and proficiency.
- • You will act as the resident subject matter expert in change management, guiding clients through the process of adopting new technology and workflows. Your ability to communicate the benefits and practicalities of the Perk platform will be key to fostering enthusiasm and buy-in.
- • Delivering a "7-star experience" is paramount. This means providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and a consistently positive and supportive interaction throughout the entire onboarding journey.
- • The role requires a robust blend of communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, underpinned by an unwavering attention to detail.
- • You will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, bringing together internal stakeholders and client representatives to ensure alignment and efficient execution of implementation tasks.
- • This includes the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing implementation projects. You will develop detailed requirements documentation, finalize all deliverables, and craft clear, client-facing communications that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve reviewing client contracts to understand scope and obligations, optimizing resource allocation to ensure timely project completion, and rigorously validating process quality to maintain high standards.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the implementation phase, requiring a calm demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to de-escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up goals will be essential, ensuring that new clients quickly become active and engaged users of the Perk platform.
- • You will meticulously ensure that client accounts are correctly staged, scheduled, and prioritized, balancing both the specific needs of the client and the overarching business objectives of Perk.
- • A critical skill will be your ability to translate complex and technical information related to the Perk platform and its integrations into easily understandable terms for a diverse range of audiences, from technical teams to end-users.
- • You will foster a clear understanding among all project team members regarding timelines, individual tasks, potential risks, and ongoing issues, ensuring transparency and proactive management.
- • While technical proficiency is valued, the role does not require immediate expertise in integrations and open APIs. A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to grasp basic technical concepts are sufficient, with opportunities for further development.
