Implementation Technician

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Technician at Harris Computer Systems Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of software systems by diagnosing and resolving technical issues for clients across India during evening and night shifts (5:00pm to 2:00am IST). Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and system reliability by providing timely, effective technical support.
• • Day to day, you will diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, examine and debug code to identify root causes, collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and share insights with support and development teams to improve issue resolution processes.
• • You will be part of a global technology company specializing in mission-critical software solutions for public sector and enterprise clients. The team operates remotely across India, collaborating closely with development and support teams to deliver high-quality technical service.
