- • As an Implementation Manager at Alkami Technology, you will own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions, guiding them from kickoff through successful launch and measurable time to value, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals.
- • You will lead enterprise implementations by developing and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to streamline execution and enhance the client experience.
- • Alkami is a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, recognized for its intentional culture and tremendous growth, including awards like Best Place to Work in Fintech and Comparably’s Best Company Culture, building a remote-first environment where each employee can perform to their highest potential.
- • In this role, you will become a subject matter expert across the MANTL product suite, serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and operational stakeholders, translate technical requirements into clear guidance for diverse audiences, and continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction while building trusted advisor relationships and contributing meaningful process improvements adopted across the Service Delivery organization.
