- • As a Remote Mental Health Therapist at Marvin USA Inc., you will provide evidence-based virtual therapy to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other medical staff, supporting their mental well-being in high-stress environments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering confidential teletherapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platforms, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress notes in an EHR system, and using measurement-based tools like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to monitor client outcomes.
- • You will join a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, engineers, data scientists, and healthcare leaders united by a mission to reshape mental health support for the healthcare workforce, founded by clinicians who understand the unique needs of medical professionals.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and Gottman Method while gaining experience in telehealth best practices, digital clinical workflows, and provider-centered care models—all while contributing to a meaningful mission that supports those who care for others.
🎯 Requirements
- • Independent licensure in Indiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
- • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- • Experience delivering therapy via video platforms and using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- • Ability to incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
- • Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- • Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
