- • As an Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with the company through marketing channels, playing a critical role in converting interest into qualified sales opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying and routing high-intent leads to Account Executives, driving speed-to-lead, following up on marketing-generated leads (such as event attendees, content downloads, and demo requests), and ensuring accurate tracking of all activities in Salesforce.
- • You will partner closely with marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates, identify which leads require manual versus automated follow-up, and manage lead flow across territories to ensure proper handoff.
- • This role offers exposure to real buyer intent, enterprise sales processes, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, remote-first SaaS company focused on generative conversational AI.
