📋 Description
- • As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Inizio Medical, you will represent a leading biotechnology company by handling inbound and outbound telecommunications to support patient engagement, clinical trial enrollment, and product information services, playing a vital role in improving patient access to treatments and support programs.
- • Day to day, you will enroll qualified patients into support programs, triage callers to appropriate resources, intake product quality complaints or adverse events, provide program-level information, pre-screen volunteers for clinical trials, enroll participants in educational seminars, and collect demographic data for fulfillment, all while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, scripts, and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
- • You will join Inizio Engage, a strategic healthcare engagement partner with a global workforce that combines local expertise, data, science, and technology to deliver bespoke patient and provider engagement solutions for top biotechnology clients, recognized as a Best Place to Work in BioPharma and Certified Great Place to Work for multiple years.
