- • Own the full inbound marketing engine for a fast-growing SaaS company whose mobile cloud platform fuses AI, mobile, and location intelligence to transform healthcare, real estate, and retail. You will architect campaigns that turn anonymous traffic into qualified pipeline and evangelists.
- • Plan, launch, and iterate end-to-end inbound programs inside HubSpot—think lead magnets, gated assets, progressive profiling, and behavior-based workflows that move prospects from first touch to closed-won without friction.
- • Craft and govern a data-driven content strategy: editorial calendars, SEO briefs, pillar-cluster blogs, case studies, video scripts, and interactive tools that map to each funnel stage and persona. You’ll balance thought-leadership with conversion copy to hit MQL, SQL, and revenue targets.
- • Design and optimize email nurture tracks that feel personal at scale. Build dynamic segments, A/B subject lines, and branching logic that reacts to engagement scores, firmographics, and product usage signals.
- • Grow and engage communities on LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels through always-on organic tactics and quarterly virtual events—webinars, fireside chats, and product demos that generate buzz and backlinks.
- • Establish rigorous KPIs: traffic-to-lead %, lead-to-MQL %, cost-per-SQL, influenced revenue. Build dashboards in HubSpot and Google Data Studio; present insights weekly to execs and iterate campaigns in real time.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Product to ensure message-market fit, refine ICP definitions, and create battle cards that accelerate deal velocity and reduce CAC.
- • Champion experimentation: run multivariate landing-page tests, heat-map analyses, and attribution models to uncover what truly drives pipeline. Share wins and failures openly to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- • Mentor junior marketers and freelancers on best practices for copywriting, design, and marketing ops, raising the bar for quality and brand consistency across every asset.
- • Stay ahead of AI and mobile tech trends; translate complex capabilities into crisp, benefit-led narratives that resonate with CIOs, product managers, and operations leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with proven success in inbound demand generation
- • Expert-level HubSpot proficiency (workflows, automation, reporting, lead scoring)
- • Deep understanding of content strategy, full-funnel optimization, and lead nurturing
- • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience tracking campaign performance and ROI
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- • Nice-to-have: experience marketing AI or mobile tech solutions, SEO/SEM or paid social expertise, HubSpot or Google Analytics certifications
