- • Close inbound sales leads from individuals and very small companies (1–5 employees) through the full sales cycle, from qualification to conversion.
- • Educate prospects on Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention, and care offering using the Alan Smart & Soft Selling method, ensuring a pleasant, instructive, and delightful customer experience.
- • Leverage tailored messaging and materials to address prospect needs, objections, and questions with confidence and empathy.
- • Build and refine the inbound sales playbook by identifying best practices for closing deals in a single interaction.
- • Contribute to improving Alan’s self-serve experience by sharing direct customer feedback to enhance product usability and conversion flows.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge and improve sales tools, processes, and strategies as part of a newly formed Inbound Sales team.
- • Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to modernize sales practices and increase efficiency in lead handling and follow-up.
- • Become a product expert in Alan’s prevention-focused insurance solutions, mastering features, benefits, and compliance nuances to answer complex prospect inquiries.
- • Maintain exceptional organization and follow-up discipline to ensure no lead is overlooked and conversion rates are maximized.
- • Actively listen to prospects while demonstrating assertiveness to guide them toward informed decisions without pressure.
- • Participate in team initiatives beyond core sales duties, including process improvements, internal training, and customer experience enhancements.
- • Work in a hybrid environment with options to operate from Alan’s Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
- • Engage in continuous learning through structured training, conference attendance, and access to a personal coach for professional development.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, sustainable, and human-centered sales function that aligns with Alan’s mission to make health a universal right.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with proven closing experience
- • Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English
- • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- • Natural empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems
- • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
