  • • Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients seeking services or products from Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc.
  • • Qualify inbound leads using defined criteria to determine fit and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives based on prospect availability and interest.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, activities, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • • Proactively follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement and prevent lead decay.
  • • Learn and clearly articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition to prospects during outreach.
  • • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to conversion processes.
  • • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with client and team schedules.
  • • Operate in a fully remote environment with no requirement for physical office presence.
  • • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel to track and manage lead pipelines.
  • • Use VoIP and dialer tools to efficiently manage outbound follow-ups on inbound leads.
  • • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms including Slack and Zoom.
  • • Maintain a reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup conducive to high-quality client interactions.
  • • Work with US or UK-based companies and customers, requiring cultural and temporal alignment with those markets.
  • • Adapt quickly to feedback and coaching to improve performance in lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • • Support a fast-growing global sales team by consistently meeting activity and conversion targets.
  • • Ensure all communications reflect the company’s professional standards and brand voice in the healthcare sector.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
  • • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
  • • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
  • • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
  • • Basic CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
